Education & Credentials

 

At 16yo, Dr. Anderson was accepted early into a prestigious program through Brown University and Brown Medical School which granted her acceptance to undergraduate studies and medical school.  She completed her BA in sociology and Africana studies along with her premedical study in 2001.  She received clerkship honors in inpatient and ambulatory pediatrics and graduated with her medical degree in 2006 from Brown Medical School, now renamed the Warren Alpert School of Medicine.

Dr. Anderson completed her residency in Pediatrics from the University of Hawaii at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in 2009 and moved to North Dakota to start her pediatrics practice.

Dr. Anderson completed her fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona in 2015.  She is Board Certified in General Pediatrics and Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Anderson is also trained Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), an Internationally Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) and is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).
